Advertising online

Audiology Australia is pleased to offer a 'no paper - no petrol' online advertising option. It is a small step in doing our bit for the environment.

This option makes your material available for download online in the 'Employment Online' section of the Audiology Australia website. This section is only available to registered Audiology Australia members. Your material would be available for one month from the date it is uploaded and will automatically be removed after that time.

Audiology Australia Members will be sent an email on approximately the 1st and 15th of each month advising them if new opportunities are available online. THIS EMAIL WILL NOT INCLUDE YOUR MATERIAL but will include your company name and a link to the area on our website where they can download your advertisement should they choose to.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE CONTENT OF YOUR ADVERTISEMENT:
- Your material must be supplied in PDF format and be no larger than 500kb.
- All job advertisements must include the following statement: All applicants must be, or eligible to be, full Members of Audiology Australia.
- As Audiology Australia is the representative body for Audiologists, all advertising must be directed to Audiologists only

All prices quoted exclude GST (+10% for GST). Advertisers will be invoiced approximately one week after the materials have been posted online and the payment terms are 14 days from invoice date. PAYMENTS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE WILL ATTRACT A 5% DISCOUNT. Payment by credit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge.

How is online advertising organised?

Bookings can be made via the Online Booking Form.

Subject to advertisers’ requirements, there are two scheduled online updates per month on approximately the 15th and 30th – however we reserve the right to change these dates where necessary. Deadlines for submissions are 10th and 25th of the month. If you wish to send material at other times please enquire as this can be organised without difficulty. However, an "exclusive" surcharge of 10% will apply.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Audiology Australia reserves the right to include its own printed matter in any Audiology Australia Mailing Service (whether single or shared) at any time without notice unless the “exclusive mail out” surcharge has been applied.
  2. It is a condition of using Audiology Australia's Mailing Service that all employment advertising include the following statement “All applicants must be, or eligible to be, a full member of Audiology Australia.”
  3. Audiology Australia does not endorse any information or product advertised using the Mailing Service unless by prior arrangement and with written consent. Any statement that states or implies otherwise will render the information or product unsuitable for distribution using the Audiology Australia Mailing Service and the author liable to legal action.
  4. Audiology Australia assumes that information included in advertising material is accurate, correct and contains no misleading or deliberately false assertions. Audiology Australia Ltd accepts no legal liability should any action arise from material distributed using Audiology Australia's Mailing Service. All enquiries will be promptly directed to the commissioning advertiser and Audiology Australia Ltd will engage in no further correspondence in such matters.
  5. Audiology Australia accepts no responsibility for errors in content once the Mail Out Service approval form is signed by a representative of the advertiser. By signing the approval form, the advertiser is deemed to accept all the prices, terms and conditions that apply to Audiology Australia's Mail Out Service.
  6. Audiology Australia does not offer agency commission on any booking for the Mailing Service.
  7. Audiology Australia takes no responsibility for Australia Post delivery of the advertising matter once we have delivered to the post as indicated on the approval form and in the specified manner.
  8. Cancellations received before the printing of your mail out will be accepted. All requests for cancellation must be received in writing. Your mail out is not deemed as cancelled until written notification is sent from Audiology Australia or it's Representative.
