Education is an important way for members to continue developing their skills. We make continuing your professional development easy with regular conferences, workshops, events and training opportunities - which also give you CDP points.

Terms and Conditions

Audiology Australia reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and/or presenters, vary prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity without notice. However, the program is intended to run as advertised. If changes are made to the event, Audiology Australia will use its best efforts to maintain equivalent standards. Audiology Australia reserves the right to cancel this activity due to insufficient numbers – registrants will be notified if this occurs and activity value will be refunded. No compensation will be made to loss of funds for any travel or accommodation bookings should the event be cancelled.

Cancellations or transfers must be advised in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend an event or cancels within 14 days of the activity. All cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee. 

All event registration fees must be made within 14 days of registration or before participation at an event. Non-payment of registration fees will result in registration not being confirmed. All fees being expressed are GST inclusive). 

Audiology Australia takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of events on the Audiology Australia website are correct at the time of online publication. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Early bird and promotional ticket offers are only available at the lower price whilst the allocation lasts and during the designated sale period. Audiology Australia reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.

Although Audiology Australia will make reasonable efforts to ensure all registrants have the opportunity to attend all events, some events will have limited places available and are dealt with on a “first-in” basis. If Audiology Australia has invited you to attend an Event without the need for registration and/or payment of the Registration Fee, you must confirm your attendance at least 14 days prior to the event in writing. Failure to attend events without notifying Audiology Australia may result in restricted access to certain events in the future.

Audiology Australia will ensure every effort is made to meet your specific dietary requirement/s however this cannot be guaranteed.

Audiology Australia may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this the event website. Delegates are bound by any such revisions.

Member Voucher Terms and Conditions 
Limit of 3 vouchers per member per membership year
Each voucher can only be redeemed once for either a live webinar or a recording 
Participation is some live webinars or online events may have limited availability
Vouchers are applied to an individuals membership record and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another member
Vouchers can be used for online activities only
48 hours notice must be given to cancel any event that has been booked with a voucher. Cancellation within 48 hours will forfeit the voucher
Non-attendance to an online activity will forfeit the voucher
Members must be a financial member of Audiology Australia and all membership fees must be paid by 31 July to access the vouchers
Terms and conditions are valid as on 8 July 2018 and are subject to change.

By submitting a Registration Form, you consent to the Audiology Australia collecting, using and disclosing your personal information (including credit card information) to administer this Event. This may include the production of delegate lists and photographs for marketing and related uses and updating your continual professional development record, unless notified otherwise. We will disclose personal information relating to credit card details for payment processing only. Event: includes any Audiology Australia activity for which tickets are required which may include activities, programs, talks, tours or other events. 
A Delegate: is a Ticketholder or other person to whom these Terms and Conditions apply.
Ticket: means any valid ticket, e-ticket or wristband that a delegate has acquired which permits the delegate to attend an Event.
Venue: means the site at which an Audiology Australia event is held.
