HEAR WITH ME | AUDIOLOGY CARE has been caring for locals in the Ivanhoe and Heidelberg area since April 2021. We are highly rated, with almost 200 Google Reviews due to our warm, personalised, comprehensive and honest approach to hearing care. We see children of all ages as well as adults. We perform ear wax removals for children above 8. Our hearing aid process has always had no pressure, beginning with a trial, and only proceeding further when the patient is happy that the hearing aid(s) are right for them. We take a long-term view to things. We have also become a provider of choice for people seeking an honest second opinion about their hearing aid options, or for medical practitioners and their families. We work closely with local GPs, ENTs, Paediatricians and Speech Pathologists and try to be a local hub of consistent, long-term care for our patients.

Dr Gerard William (PhD) - Is Hearing Impaired himself and grew up with hearing loss, getting first pair of hearing aids at 15 years old. - Is an Accredited Audiologist with Audiology Australia, as well as being a Full Member of the New Zealand Audiological Society (MNZAS) and is registered with the UK's Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC). - Has a Masters of Audiology with Distinction (from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand), completed his PhD in Audiology under scholarship from the HEARing CRC at the University of Melbourne, and has an undergraduate double major in Economics and Marketing and an Honours degree in Strategic Management/Marketing from the University of Canterbury (NZ). - Co-won the American Academy of Rehabilitative Audiologists (ARA)'s Herbert J. Meyer Award as a student in 2018. - Taught over 200 students at the University of Melbourne, to which he returns as a Guest Lecturer from time-to-time. - Started Hear With Me Audiology Care in July 2020, opening in April 2021. Hear With Me has grown from a room in an ENT clinic to occupying two premises in Ivanhoe (VIC) and Melbourne's CBD. - Has been privileged to serve numerous patients through Hear With Me, and is proud to be their family audiologist across the generations. - Is proud of the commission-free business structure that allows Hear With Me's clinician to genuinely choose how to best serve the client in front of them at any given moment. - Is keen to continue to give me to the audiology profession as he has been generously given (including by those who have left us), and by raising audiologists to a standard and satisfaction that they may not have previously known possible in their career.
