Directors Kylie and Damien Dicieri share a passion for providing hearing care, having almost 40 years of experience between them. Kylie is a third-generation clinician and Damien is a second-generation clinician. Their history, and the history of their families, has given them the best understanding, ethics and values when it comes to providing professional, caring, quality hearing services. The Hearing Aid Specialists SA team is made of both a Clinical and Client Services team. Our friendly, caring and knowledgeable Client Services team will greet you with a smile every time you visit as well as promptly and professionally answer your phone and email enquiries. They perform a pivotal role in ensuring that clients and visitors experience the highest quality hearing care support. I am an experienced Board Chair and Non-Executive Director with over 20 years’ leadership experience across healthcare, professional accreditation, and private enterprise. As a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), I bring contemporary governance capability, strategic oversight expertise, financial literacy, and a strong commitment to directors’ duties and ethical leadership. I currently serve as Chair of the Australian College of Audiology (ACAud), a national professional body representing audiologists & audiometrists across Australia. In this role, I lead Board performance, strategic planning, risk oversight, financial governance, and stakeholder engagement within an evolving healthcare and regulatory environment. Alongside my governance roles, I am Director of an independent healthcare practice in South Australia, maintaining full P&L accountability, workforce leadership, and clinical governance oversight. This executive experience strengthens my Board contribution through practical commercial insight and operational understanding. My governance approach is strategic, values-driven and future-focused. I contribute independent judgement, constructive challenge, and a strong focus on organisational sustainability and member value.
