Meng Chun Lam

Elroy M.C. Lam is a fully qualified audiologist (MAudSt) and an accredited member of Audiology Australia (AAudA) and the Hong Kong Society of Audiology (MHKSA). He is passionate about supporting individuals with hearing difficulties through a patient-centred, evidence-based approach. Elroy's clinical practice focuses on adult audiological diagnostics and aural rehabilitation, with particular interests in custom hearing protection and cerumen removal (microsuction). He completed Master of Audiology Studies at the University of Queensland in 2020 before undertaking his internship year in Darwin, where he worked with a wide range of complex cases, established strong relationships with GPs and ENTs, and became a fully qualified practitioner. Elroy also has extensive experience working with DVA/ADF, WorkCover, HSP, and private clients. Elroy returned to Melbourne in 2022 and has been dedicated to supporting patients with diverse hearing needs ever since.
