Audiology Australia is seeking member feedback on the NDIS Hearing Devices and Hearing Technology Assessment Template. The Assessment Template is completed by hearing providers and used by the National Disability Insurance Agency to plan and approve hearing devices and supports for NDIS participants.
The Hearing Devices and Hearing Technology Assessment Template can be viewed here under the AT Assessments Template heading.
Interested members are invited to send any comments or feedback on the Assessment Template to elissa.campbell@audiology.asn.au by Friday 30 April 2021. All comments and feedback are welcome.
